Research into ethics and health looks at ethical questions in health care, as well as developing guidelines and policies to tackle existing problems. Our funding programme Ethics and Health stimulates research into ethical issues in health care. But we also have other programmes and projects that cover ethical questions in certain areas.
More and more people are keen to find a different, more conscious way of living that prioritises quality. The focus is on preventing or curing health problems, and on how people experience quality of life and find a sense of purpose, despite illness or ongoing medical conditions.
