The Vici target group consists of researchers in the stage of consolidation and further development of leadership/research group. The financing amounts to a maximum of 1,500,000 euros. Researchers who obtained their PhD no more than 15 years ago, with or without permanent employment, from home or abroad can submit. -
Current serology for tick-borne diseases (TOAs) is not yet sufficient to prevent TOAs and to understand exposure in humans and animals. Improving serology will improve early detection and treatment of TOA and may reduce the burden of disease.
