Quality standards such as guidelines and related implementation products play a crucial role in supporting nurse professionals in delivering care that is tailored to the specific care needs and the context of the patient. However, the use of guidelines in practice does not happen automatically. Barriers to their use, such as a lack of time or the lengthiness of guidelines, often result in guidelines not being used, being used incompletely, or being used differently from what the developers intended.

Objective

The main goal of this project is to develop a digital platform and an application to enhance the public and digital accessibility, traceability and usability of nursing guidelines and related implementation products. The digital platform aims to improve the knowledge and actual use of nursing guidelines in practice.
