Het verduurzamen van de topspecialistische functie radiotherapie (Maastro Clinic)
Maastro, een gespecialiseerd radiotherapie instituut in Maastricht, heeft dankzij het TZO-programma in vijf domeinen duurzaam verbeteringen gerealiseerd:
- Patiëntenparticipatie: Maastro betrekt patiënten actief bij zorgprocessen en onderzoek. Een patiëntenpanel is opgezet om dit te realiseren.
- Implementatie Innovatie: Een programma manager zorgt voor de begeleiding van innovaties, zoals AI, in de praktijk.
- Operational Excellence: Een door Maastro ontwikkelde leermethode verhoogt de effectiviteit van trainingen.
- FAIR Data Infrastructuur: Maastro is een kartrekker in de regio wat betreft de ontwikkeling van data infrastructuur voor onderzoek en zorg.
- Versterken Research Office: Onderzoek is geoptimaliseerd, met extra ondersteuning t.b.v. partnerschappen en financiering.
Daarnaast heeft het TZO-programma vernieuwend onderzoek mogelijk gemaakt naar gepersonaliseerde radiotherapie voor hart, hersenen en bekken, door de inzet van geavanceerde technologie en voorspellende modellen.
