Leadership and Mentoring in Nursing Research: LMNR 4.0-7.0

The Leadership and Mentoring in Nursing Research (LMNR) program aims to foster the development of the future generation of leaders in nursing research and, in doing so, strengthen research capacity in nursing science through collaboration with universities, universities of applied sciences, and healthcare organizations. To date, 38 postdoctoral nursing scientists have successfully completed the LMNR program.

Aim

We propose to offer the LMNR program again in the coming years to recently graduated PhD prepared nurses. LMNR 4.0 to 7.0 will focus on developing leadership and mentoring competencies, developing independent research programs, and strengthening career development. Additionally, there will be a strong emphasis on building international networks and enhancing positioning and strategic leadership (influence).
