Leadership Mentoring in Nursing Research 3.0
The Leadership Mentoring in Nursing Research (LMNR) programme aims to build a new generation of future research leaders in nursing, and to increase the research capacity in collaboration with universities, universities of applied sciences and health care organisations. To date, 28 postdoctoral fellows have successfully completed the LMNR programme.
Aim
With this project, we offer the LMNR programme to nurses who recently received their PhD degree. The LMNR 3.0 programme focuses on developing leadership and mentoring skills, strengthening career development and enhancing competencies in developing a fellow's research programme and international network. Special emphasis is placed on strategic leadership, positioning and influencing.

The LMNR-programme will be continued with 4 new groups in 2025-2030.
International
Based on the Dutch LMNR-programme a European Nurse-Lead programme was developed. This European programme has been succesfully completed by more than 50 fellows from 6 European countries.
