Care providers and patients jointly take decisions about appropriate care. But, what does it take to make such shared decisions? And how do you design that process? We facilitate various initiatives and projects to further elaborate and support the process of shared decision making. - At the start of the pandemic, doctors produced a range of guidelines and other documents for lingering symptoms following a COVID-19 infection. That all had to happen quickly and little knowledge from research was available at the time. The recommendations did not always align well with each other.
- The European Partnership for Personalised Medicine (EP PerMed), supported by the European Union under Horizon Europe, launches its first joint transnational call (JTC2024) for proposals on “Identification or Validation of Targets for Personalised Medicine Approaches (PMTargets)”. In total, 38 funding organisations participate in this call with an available budget of over € 45.000.000.
- This call for proposals aims to validate existing animal-free innovations in a regulatory context. This call is intended for consortia consisting of at least one Dutch and one German organisation, of which at least one public organisation and one commercial company.
- 2.98 miljoen euroThis call-by-invitation is open to projects that have previously been submitted within the ValNAM call and have now been selected for funding. These projects can thereby validate an existing animal-free innovation in a regulatory context.
